Really good idea for keeping slug bait dry

My uncle has been doing this for years. Keeps slug bait dry but still accessible. Works great!

I really had to take a close look at this but I think that's a neck of a 2 litre bottle with the cover on but a stake driven through the cover into the ground? Very cool idea!
